Illustrations and concept mockups on the Site are for demonstration only.

Quotes and orders

Information on the Site is not an offer to sell. A quote is an estimate based on the details you give us. An order is accepted only when we confirm it in writing, such as by an approved proof, quote, invoice, or order confirmation. Prices, availability, deadlines, taxes, and shipping are as stated in your quote or order confirmation and may change if your order details change.

Artwork and intellectual property

If you send us artwork, logos, names, or other materials, you confirm that you own them or have permission to use them, and that using them for your order does not violate anyone else's rights. You are responsible for any claim arising from materials you supply. We may decline any order that we believe infringes another person's rights or that we find inappropriate. You keep your rights in your artwork. You give us permission to use it to produce your order.

Proofs, colors, and variation

You are responsible for reviewing and approving proofs, including spelling, names, numbers, sizes, quantities, and colors. Colors on a screen or proof may differ from the finished product, and thread, ink, vinyl, and garment colors can vary slightly. Some variation in handmade and printed products is normal.

Our content

The Site's text, design, graphics, and other content, including the Patch Adams Promo name and logo, belong to us or are used with permission. You may not copy or use them without our written permission, except for your own personal or internal business reference. Photos of work we have done for customers show customer logos and names, which belong to those customers.

Third-party links and sites

The Site may link to other sites, including Banner Barn (banner-barn.com). We are not responsible for the content or practices of other sites. Purchases made on other sites are governed by those sites' terms.

Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available."
